For most of our products we aim to deliver within 2 days of placing your order. Please note that for Monday deliveries, your order must be placed before 6pm on Saturday. These delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external factors or periods of high demand. We commit to communicating with you transparently in case of unforeseen delays and will send you a tracking link each time.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

We offer free delivery on all orders over €50. For orders under this amount, standard delivery costs of €4.95 will be charged. Please note that some specialist delivery services, such as evening delivery, may incur additional charges. All available delivery options and associated costs are clearly displayed during checkout, so you can make an informed choice based on your preferences.

To which addresses can I have it delivered?

We deliver to both private and business addresses in many European countries. We currently deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Germany and Spain. Whether you want to receive your order at home, at work or at another business address, we do everything we can to provide you with a flexible and convenient delivery service. You simply need to indicate your preferred delivery address when completing your order.

Please note that deliveries outside these countries may incur additional shipping charges depending on the destination. These charges are calculated to reflect the transportation and handling costs associated with international shipping.
