Product information
Robust classic safety sheers with open tooth comb for Double Edge razor blades. The open tooth comb is useful for shaving the stiff heavy beard growth or if the beard hairs have a nice length after a few weeks.
Open tooth chamber razors shave slightly more 'more aggressively' compared to the closed comb. Because the teeth of this razor are wide, it ensures an even pressure distribution on the skin. This shaves efficiently but is not too aggressive.
Where should you pay attention when purchasing a Safety Razor?
Safety Razors with closed comb are the most common ranges. Suitable for the novice shaving and shaving the light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin. Shair knives with an open comb shear slightly more direct or 'more aggressively'. These are suitable for the experienced shaving and shaving the normal to heavy (stiff beard hair) beard growth. The razor with a butterfly closure has a light shaving head and is suitable for light beard growth. With the Safety Razor with an adjustable shaving head, the cutting angle of the Double Edge razor blade and the 'gap' (= opening of the shaving head) can be set. Usage
First soap the beard hairs, keep the razor at an angle of approx. 30 degrees compared to the skin, press the knife lightly on the skin and shave with the beard hairs. At the neck part, tighten the skin with the other hand.
