The AS-D2 is Feather's new generation of stainless steel safety razors. Superior quality. Perfect and precise finish. And a beautiful satin finish on the metal. The handle has the right length and a pleasant, balanced grip. The razor has a closed comb and is suitable for normal to heavy beard growth.

The quality of the razor is guaranteed because in the Feather Factory each unique razor is produced from start to finish by one craftsman. The parts of the razor are milled, turned and assembled by hand with enormous precision. The razor comes in a luxurious gift box.

What should you pay attention to when purchasing a safety razor?
Safety razors with closed combs are the most common razors. Suitable for the novice shaver and shaving light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin. Razors with an open comb provide a more direct or 'aggressive' shave. These are suitable for the experienced shaver and shaving normal to heavy (stiff beard hairs) beard growth. The razor with a butterfly closure has a light shaving head and is suitable for light beard growth. With the safety razor with an adjustable shaving head, the cutting angle of the double edge razor blade and the 'gap' (= opening of the shaving head) can be adjusted. This allows you to adjust the degree of 'aggressiveness' to your personal shaving technique while shaving. This type of razor is suitable for any type of beard growth or skin. In addition, the weight of the razor also counts: a light razor for light beard growth; a heavy razor for normal to heavy beard growth.

Usage
First lather the beard hairs thoroughly, hold the razor at an angle of approximately 30 degrees to the skin, press the blade lightly on the skin and shave with the beard hairs. At the neck area, pull the skin taut with the other hand.
