Usage
First, lather the skin well with shaving soap/shaving cream or apply a transparent protective shaving gel. Hold the razor lightly and smoothly. Despite all modern inventions in the field of wet shaving; But it is completely! It shaves super! Just a nice old -fashioned soap with a good shaving cream and a good brush; And then shave! Considered of course, but in no time the hair is gone in a safe way where you didn't want them (anymore). For the man who reads this review; It is also a nice gift for your wife or girlfriend. And also in the context of "and now the brake on it; I choose recyclable material where possible"; Then with this shaver you hit two birds with one stone.

Shaving with a Safety Razor is a totally new experience for me. And what kind of one. Enjoy in one word! I had tried my grandfathers the razor about 30 years ago. I found that as a teenager but old -fashioned. However, better late than never and that certainly applies to me. Because all my life I use modern high-end shaving systems from leading brands. As far as I am concerned, this is now a thing of the past tense and it is allowed to go straight into the trash. With the Mūhle Companion I think I made a very good choice as a beginner. During my first shave I have followed all the clues and tips from the tutorials. Result is amazing:- easy to handle; Pressure, corner and following contours as if I was never used to otherwise. Hardly the feeling of shaving, but rather removing the feeling of shaving cream. Like a hot knife through the butter. With my sensitive skin no shaving irritations/redness; Hardly to see that I was freshly shaved.- With a little technique and the extra closed shaving head no slices .- Perfect, smooth and very comfortable shaving. Fewer shaving movements and much less often over the same place.- Hopefully, rash and painfully ingrown hair are finally a thing of the past. This way shaving is something to enjoy ...
